YRKKH: Abhir left a note for Akshara and Abhinav before leaving to meet Abhimanyu(DOC-MAN) 

In Star Plus drama-ladden tv serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain, Tamasha and Hungama is all over the place after Abhir has left Goenkas mansion to meet Abhimanyu(his Doc-man) who is lying unconscious in hospital bed leaving behind his father and mother stunned. 

Akshara finds a note written by Abhir who left the house without telling his parents that too all alone at night. 

Abhinav gets covered in sweat thinking about the string which keeps pulling Abhir and Abhimanyu together.
